These guilt-free treats are a reinterpretation of the traditional Mid-Autumn Festival delicacy, made entirely from plant-based ingredients. Our mooncakes are flourless, grain-free, gluten-free, and contain no refined sugar, fillers, preservatives, or additives. Each one is lovingly handmade in our own kitchen.

OVERVIEW

How to store and enjoy your mooncakes? Since we don’t use any preservatives or additives, we recommend storing them in the fridge. They’ll stay fresh for up to 30 days. To enjoy them at their best, we suggest reheating them in the microwave for 15-30 seconds (depending on your microwave’s power) or in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for 2-3 minutes. Also delicious at room temperature, so feel free to take them out of the fridge and let them warm up naturally.

Taste Note: Inspired by the traditional Chinese assorted savoury nut-filled mooncakes. We’ve made use of organic red miso to bring out more of that umami flavour without any meat, covered with a cashew-infused coconut charcoal skin which gives it this eye-catching dark colour.

Taste Note: A earl grey tea-infused crust that is followed by a light zesty centre. The deep tea-infused skin enhances the natural tartness of the yuzu and lemon-filled core, resulting in a heavenly combination.
